Is the Venue Indoors or Outdoors?
We will be outside for the majority of the weekend and summer weather in southern California can vary but one thing is for sure. Bring some sun protection :)
What Should I wear?
Our weekend together is all about comfort, connection, and a little bit of magic under the Ojai sun.
Daytime Attire: Think comfortable and ready for light new adventure. Comfortable, breathable, and shoes you can move in are perfect for our daytime activities. Ojai is in Southern California so expect warm days.
Evening Attire: As the sun sets and we gather for dinners and our ceremony, let’s embrace a relaxed, elegant vibe, flowy, soft, and reflective of your own unique style. Earth tones are always a great north star, but above all, wear what makes you feel good. No need for dark suits or formalwear.

What to Expect
A weekend full of relaxation, laughter, a bit of friendly family competition, community and maybe a turtle or two along the way.
Do I need a Car once i’m in ojai?
There will be a lot of people driving to Ojai so there will be plenty of vehicles to choose from if you need to run into town. You do not need a car to get to the ceremony location or any of the scheduled activities.
Can I post wedding pictures on social media?
Nope.
Because the Turtle Conservancy is not technically open to the public they are not allowed to hold weddings on the property. Nika’s relationship with the Turtle Conservancy is why we are able to use the space. Feel free to take photos but those photos are for you and to be shared with the family but nothing on social media.
whats the meal situation?
Everyone will either have a kitchen in their casita or access to a communal kitchen so if you would like to bring your own snacks or add to the items provided for breakfast you are welcome to.
Breakfast
Start your mornings at your own pace! Breakfast items will be provided in your casitas for Saturday and Sunday, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed morning. On Monday, we’ll gather together for a special farewell brunch before everyone heads home.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday to keep you fueled for the day’s activities
Dinner
The dinners on Saturday and Sunday are the heart of the weekend. We’ll gather for stunning family-style meals, thoughtfully prepared by a local Ojai chef using fresh, organic ingredients from nearby farms. These dinners will be an opportunity to come together, share stories, and savor the best of what the region has to offer.

We’ll be providing wine and beer for the dinners, but if you’re a cocktail enthusiast, we invite you to bring your favorite spirits and mixers to craft your own creations. Just consider bringing an extra bottle to spread the love with others. This way, everyone can enjoy their drink of choice in the relaxed, intimate atmosphere we’re creating for the weekend. Cheers!
